How do you delete a search word

- Sun Aug 02, 2009 6:21 pm #134935 Ok im not as computer savy as i used to be and really ive forgotten how to do alot of things but mainly i wish to delete or clear that stupid pop down window that contains all of the old searches you did because when im looking for something different they always popup and suggest something i previously looked up......i just want the thing gone anyone know how to do this im sure its simple.....

firefox has a setting for that, to clear all that crap and some privacy things. i am pretty sure IE had that too, not sure tho, never use that...

- Sun Aug 02, 2009 7:42 pm #134941 Click the Tools tab, then click internet options, click the content tab at the top, then in the 'autocomplete' section click settings, then unclick the "forms" box.
