Not alot alot lol but im lifting more than when i started... I need to get more weights though im limited
I'm doing
bench press:
3 sets of 15 reps - 100lbs.
2 sets 15 reps - 75lbs
cleanouts:
4 sets 10-15 reps with 50lbs (i would do more weight BUT i do this last so my arms are gumbyish lol)
curling 50lbs
3-4 sets of 10 slow reps
and Im now doing some Core exercises from a link i got off honda-tech (health/fitness section) Going to work on getting my gut to go away lol
