I'm actually going to start an actual "routine" to have a better organized workout/diet. So I'll take one of NOW since IMO I haven't barely any change in physical appearance. I'll snap one tonight and then start busting ass.. My work took away Overtime so until i get a second job I'm going to relieve stress with working out!

Im also picking up some Myolean here soon to supplement some protein into my workout!

And i get what you mean man you do have dedication, i used to when i was younger i was fat as fuck so i pulled maself together and got running and push ups and all that balls and it worked! Just hope i don't go back to that or ill be goin mad with fitness like you haha

didnt run this morning.. (break day)

Made a fruit smoothie for breakfast
1 peach
1 apple
1 banana
some pineapple
some mango chunks
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup ice


had a mid morning snack/small meal.
-Oatmeal with a little brown sugar


Brought some Brown rice, can of tuna and carrots for lunch
(F me I forgot a can opener.... hope i dont cut my finger off with my knife)

after that i'll have a fat free blackberrie yoplait yogurt

then whatever i decide for dinner.

Lifting today!

#141456 Went on a jog this morning 1.5 miles. Did some pull-ups at the park in my hood. Went home and showered. Then made a fruit smoothie.

I feel great now that I'm back to running at least 4-5 times a week!

I love being lazy! would love to try some of the shit u do tho u have such a lust for life by the sounds of things mate.

#141769 Welp Didnt run this morning, kinda bummed. Was up all night/morning with my 2 yr old, so couldn't leave until work.

Breakfast:
Had wheat thin cereal


made a smoothie. drank it on the way to work
1 peach
mango chunks
cantalope chunks
blueberries
grapes
1/4 cup non fat plain frozen yogurt
1/4 cup crushed ice

snack:
oatmeal fiber bar

Lunch:
1/2 cup Rice
Steamed carrots and broccoli
5oz can of chunk light tuna in water


snack:
Yoplait Yogurt (banana strawberry)



Went shopping yesterday got lots of tuna, some Tilapia filets and some Salmon. MMM fish 8)
Also some chicken breasts. Gotta stay up on the low fat, higher protein foods. :)

i spend prolly under 1pound on food a day for work and when i do eat something decent my mum buys it but thats usually micro shit.


its a whole money thing i can't just stop my life jst to get fit lol

Take this for example...

These are prices based here obviously :P (approximates but close!)

for one week of lunch's/snacks
Big bag of chicken breast (7-8 breasts in there) - $7.00
Box of rice - $4-5 (lasts a month)
Veggies - $6
Yogurts- $2.50
misc fruit - $6

That's only like $4 bucks a day. and typical It lasts a little more than a week. 4 bucks a day is cheaper than getting a value meal from mcdonalds.

I'll add to this..I went and worked out today which I haven't really worked out since high school..scary..well I went into the little apt gym today and walked/jogged on the treadmill for a little over an hour..felt good

Can't really start eating healthy until we have money to go grocery shopping but I plan on getting some fruits, veggies, yogurt and chicken..going to try to cut soda's out altogether and drink more water.
