#148597 I don't work as a chemist... but Ive taken some Chemistry classes Just what was needed for to get my pharmacy license. That's what I'm working on is getting my arms a lil bigger.

Took a rest day yesterday. Today I'll be lifting.

#149614 I guess you can say I had a cheat day (food wise) yesterday.
Ran a mile in the morning first thing.

I had Oatmeal with blueberries for Breakfast

Banana for a snack

2 Filets of Tilapia and 1/4 cup rice for lunch]


1/2 cup oatmeal for a mid day snack.


AND........ for the first time in about 2 months...FAST FOOD :o
I had an Angus Burger meal from Mcdonalds, Large Frie, Large lemonade(didnt drink it though.)


I'll just say.... i felt like crap after that meal. Fast Food FTL :thumbdown:

#152068 Been lifting 4-5 days a week. cut back on running (actually haven't ran in a week or 2) But will start again soon(focusing on lifting)


Well when I started.... I couldnt bench 100lbs, no joke. I was doing 80lbs like 4-5 reps 2-3 sets. I can now do 100lbs with ease. I do 100lbs 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps(obviously 4 sets). 100lbs is all i have at the moment... need monies to up my weight set.

Curling I originally could only curl like 30lbs 10reps 3ish sets.
Now Im normally doing 60-70, 12 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps.

Haven't really done squats.. I'm looking up the form and what not today so I can start doing them

Cleanouts- 70lbs. 3 sets, 10 reps.

I do other stuff as well just dont know the terms/names of the work outs.


Over all been doing great and can see improvement in my arm form. 8)

Im gunna get wheight sets prolly next month and start power working.

Btw i never knew how much energy carrots give you!

#152080 Carrots are amazingly good for you! (especially RAW) Definitely one of the foods to eats AT LEAST once a week.

I usually grab baby carrots for a snack during the day! :woot:

#152790 started running again after 3 months off from it .. man it feels good .. ran 2.0 miles at first than ran 5.0 miles a few days after .. havent had any problems so im lookin forward to be up around 26 miles by the end of the year . i hope my ankles hold out .

#152795 ok so im not reading 16 pages of what you everyone things is right, i am doing p90x and its amazin, i have been having a lot of trouble with going back to the gym after my car accident last year. so my friend told me to try it and i figured it might work. so i have been doing it for a bout a week and i have already noticed a difference. and so has the gf in bed, lol so not only has my confidence gone up in daily activity, but its gone up in everything. last year at this time, with the weather change my leg was killing me, now its not as bad. i have been losing a bit of weight but its only a few pounds, its a 90 day program that i think is gonna do me good... I challenge anyone to do the same.

#152814 Nice! Still haven't ran in about 3 weeks. Haven't lifted since thursday (had to watch my girls since thursday, wife went to cali, didnt have time to do anything really)

But on the plus.. Im down from size 34 jeans to 32 :thumb:

Going to do something similar to you Katie.. going to lift for a 1/2 hour today after work, then run 2-3 miles.
