Here's an Idea of my day...
Today..
Woke up 3am, chugged about 16 oz of water, got dressed, stretched, did a quick 25 pushups to warm up a little and went for about mile run. Got home stretched again and did another quick 25 pushups.
Showered and whatnot.. then made
Breakfast:
-4 eggs scrambled with 1/2 cup of ham and some grated colby jack cheese.
drank about another 24oz of water before getting to work. Once at work I made me a protein shake mmm strawberry mixed in 8oz vanilla Soy milk.
For lunch and snacks I brought:
-3 grilled chicken breast (seasoned with lemon pepper and fresh lime juice mmmm)
-2 cans of albacore tuna
-2 hard boiled eggs
-1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
-1 cup of applesauce
This all will be from now (6am) till I get off work (2:30pm) The rest of my eating will be a mystery until I get home
