#155585 Here's an Idea of my day...

Today..
Woke up 3am, chugged about 16 oz of water, got dressed, stretched, did a quick 25 pushups to warm up a little and went for about mile run. Got home stretched again and did another quick 25 pushups.

Showered and whatnot.. then made
Breakfast:
-4 eggs scrambled with 1/2 cup of ham and some grated colby jack cheese.

drank about another 24oz of water before getting to work. Once at work I made me a protein shake mmm strawberry mixed in 8oz vanilla Soy milk.


For lunch and snacks I brought:
-3 grilled chicken breast (seasoned with lemon pepper and fresh lime juice mmmm)
-2 cans of albacore tuna
-2 hard boiled eggs
-1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
-1 cup of applesauce

This all will be from now (6am) till I get off work (2:30pm) The rest of my eating will be a mystery until I get home :P

#155688 went for a run today about 2 miles .. the hike to the lake might get canceled do to possible heavy snow storms but still gonna find a goood hike to go on and still gonna be in the snow just not to a place 2000ft above snow level :lol: .. where ever we go ill get some good pics for sure .. and not die i hope :thumb:

me and 2 of my buddys went for a hike 5.1 miles up & 3.1 down in the dark since the trail seperated .we left the lake a bit late this is my glow stick sitting on a white car .. we had three glow stick and i brought my small led flashlight lol ..I thought we each had a flash light

#156148 yeah sketchy for sure .. i let my two buddys use the flashlight ... we walked in a line front person had the light i was in the back ...
my eyes were so adjusted to the dark i had a hard time looking at my cell phone when we stop to take a break .
:twisted: but its more fun that way :woot:

#158608 well time to bring this back since its just after thanksgiving and all u americans will be fat again :P


I was at the gym on monday n went to KFC first to get some chicken down us since it was easy and we were doing alot of upper body workouts.

I was still sore till wed(shows how long i hadn't been at the gym for)

I then went for a 40min run today(friday) to the nearest town and back and feel fine, was obv out if breath for 5mins when i got back in but feel great if not tired considering i just finished a 10 hour shift before it :P

I plan to get the York Vinyl Barbell/Dumbbell Set upto 35kg to work with the now since goin to the gym is expensive and can do the same workouts at home!

and also run alot more 30 mins after work everyday if i can but i will say that the weekends is my happy time, ie work over lets play!

I also plan to add more protein into my diet, im eating alot of fruit just now but i want to beef my upper body up a bit but just muscles....


So chance is it a start ?

#159100 Sounds like a good start homie! If your wanting to make good gains (muscle) you have to eat Big (good food/protein) and Lift Big and DEFINITELY at least 7 hours of sleep... sleep is key for gains!!

I'm definitely gettin bigger. My chest is bigger and my arms are.. some shirts are tight that never were before. My arms fill up the shirt more its nice. Im kicking it into gear this week. (i didnt pig out thanksgiving or really eat any differently so I dont have much to make up for 8) )

#159251 You guys use any supplements? I take NO-Xplode and protein, and will soon be taking cell mass from bsn. NO-Xplode is the shit it turns a bad workout into a good one.
