#157652 so its that time of my civic's life where the NY state salt has gotten the best of my sedan
the fuel lines are slowly leaking, and the break lines are right with them, corroded beyond belief
many people have told me rubber hose is the way to go, but there is something about rubber that makes me un-trusting
does anyone have any experience with rubber hose for fuel and such?
or should i go back to the pipe it came in?

#157654 Why not use -AN fittings and stainless braided rubber hose?

Just cut the rusted section of line out, flare 37°, install -AN adaprers on the ends and you're good to put the new line on :thumb:

#157690 haha there is no "rusted sction" you speak of, this car has been in NY all its life therefor every line under the car is so rusted out
i guess if im going to do it, mis-adwell do it real nice so it wont happen again.
hopefully this is the last summer i will have to drive this thing
