- Sat Nov 28, 2009 12:58 am #158699 not sure about the weight, but the 92-00 uses a slightly larger flywheel/clutch combo than the d16a6 and other obd0 sohc's.
However, I believe that if you change out the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel all together, then you can use a 92-00 clutch/flywheel on a d16a6.
Does anyone know for sure?

- Mon Dec 07, 2009 4:25 pm #160426 Yes it has a lighter flywheel. It needs to to avoid bogging since it's designed to cruise in the 1000 RPM range.

I don't think it's 8.5 lbs though.
