#159299 IMO its better to just use that money that could be spent on supps and use it to eat right and MORE. I do take Whey Protein though on top of lots of eggs, chicken, tuna, and other lean meats!

I was taking creatine mono but seem to have the same gains possibly more now that I'm off it.

A good protein, a multi-vitamin and fish oil = :thumb:

i never managed to go for a run this morning was wayyy too tired after work but thats what the first nite of niteshift is like, im going to try and do it 2morro morning when i get in i just dont like doing it before work cause id be too fucked to keep the pace up to get all of the work done.

#159317 I got some room in my garage now so I set up my weight bench and shiz in there. I now started (today) lifting before work and 2 x's a week I'll run after work.

I want to either build a free standing pull up bar with multiple grips and some hanging rings.. or I'll make a wall mounted set up. Cant wait. :)

#159318 If y'all have trouble sleeping after working out...you could try is ZMA.. Sometimes its cheaper to buy the ingredients seperatly- Vitamin B6: 11mg, Magnesium: 450mg, Zinc: 30mg......take one of each 30 - 60 minutes before bed. This should help you sleep way better and it can help with strength gains, increased athletic performance and muscle mass.
I've taken it a few times and it definitely helps with a deeper sleep!

Lifting and running has been a good stress relief for me lately! just plug my headphones in and go! 8)

So yesterday my Bro-inlaw was browsing craigslist for weights and shiz and came upon an old posting that said "free weights" well he called the dude and then cruised out the the guy and BAM jackpot... a GRIPLOAD of weights and bars and even a stand for them all for free! My bro-inlaw took what he wanted, which wasn't much and Here is what I was left with :D

#159877 oh ya and creatine sucks ass.... you will gain water weight and look bigger but they are not solid long term muscle gains take whey protien and hit the weights something fierce u will melt fat into muscle.......... like i got kinda the same problem im 6'1 240 .....but ive over the last three months went form benchind 225 to 315 and i still weigh the same all i take is protien and try to eat good....... my gut is getting smaller and mass is getting way bigger.
