what would you be driving if you didnt have your civic.....

me id probaly be knee deep in carbs.
either a datsun 240/260z
mgbgt
triumph prefurably a gt6 but i highly doubt id be able to get one reliable lol

or even
a volvo 242

all would be 5spd of coarse but yea i would only have one since parts are expensive and stuff like that. but who knows what would of happened if i didnt have a civic i know i probaly would never of found this site. or the others ive been on. would possibly of never met some of the people i have if i didnt have a civic.

CCR85: We're selling my brother's 1980 242GT if you want a project car. Might already have a buyer, but I'll let him know if you're interested. It's still got the K-Jet injection system, but you are probably familiar enough with the engine/injection system that you could swap it to LH2.2 or LH2.4.

id get a four wheeler if i were you lol because youd have more fun go places trucks and other 4x4's cant and well cheaper on gas to do work around the house etc. lol

but yea i never really looked into trucks....im 6'5" but god do i love small cars civics/mg's/ etc....and i forgot a car

1985 Bmw 635Csi black on black. the bare minimum interior i dont ned what the 1988 6 series had which was a rear cooler in the center console etc....

lol if i had the money i probaly would jump on it in a heart beat but i wouldnt even have enough money to travel nor get it back here if it is a project car....boy would i love to own a 242gt but alas i have no money damn money screws everything up lol

what you know about Opel GT's? My pops is a Opel junkie. as long as i can remember there's been one in the garage. he ALWAYS has a Opel project going. lol

they're crazy and ass backwards how they work and everything else, but they'll grow on you. a german import in the late 60's and early 70's only, they're pretty rare. most i've seen have been at the drag strip. the car originally came with a RWD 115hp 4 banger. just so happens a small block V8 fits down in them perfectly, and weighing in at right around 2000 lbs makes them quite fun..


my pops is currently finishing up one thats a crazy canary yellow :lol:
when he's done, and i get a camera. I'll make a thread on his. but heres some nice Opels to get an idea...
