#165366 Hey ppl hope you all had a good christmas and new year :twisted: !

Ive noticed on the exhaust of my car there is a bolt which to me would appear to be holding in some kind of baffle in the exhaust not 100% tho jus wonderd if this sounds normall to any 1 or if any 1 has any experience with this type of thing cheers,

#170796 my backbox came with a bolt in silencer which looked like a funnel, i took mine out and sounds and looks alot better (Y)

lol, its crazy how that works out. I've heard a lot of cars with the silencer in and they sound so odd, and so much better without it.

Like he said, take it out.

I would say leave your catalytic converter in as long as your N/A, It will give you the slight amount of back pressure you want on an N/A Engine, as well as quite down your car and not make your exhaust stink.

#170897 my friend put one of the Skunk2 exhausts on his DA with the stock header. with the silencer out it sounded like a major fart cannon / horribly raspy/ricey :lol: it wasn't too bas with the silencer in....

wish mine was still as crispy as this one...
