#180078 my roommate just came in and told me he is gonna have his car sprayed completely with rhino lining is this even a possibility or epic fail waiting to happen hopefully he is joking btw he has the good twin to my 93 sedan same motor only difference is mine is all primer black (for now) and his is red

#180094 sure its possible. they can spray the whole car if he wanted them to. however this in everyones eyes on here i do belive would be a major FAIL. rhino lining is super heavy most ppl on here and in general are into cutting the weight not putting it on. i would be interested in seeing what it looked like though would be funny :lol:

#180095 i had the inside of my hatch rhino lined yeah it is heavy but i dont care about wieght i did it just to reseal my interior and help with sound deadening

#180385 There is a Scion XA in my mother in-laws neighborhood that has the whole lower part of the body Rhino lined.. Like the bumpers.. lower parts of the doors even the whole front end and part of the hood where a bra would be... Looks kinda coolish but its still odd to me.

ive sprayed many 4x4s/trucks with Line-x but a civic :lol: theres better and lighter ways to seal out the elements and sound, on average an 8ft bed of a pickup has about a 1/8thick coat (going by what i sprayed at line-x) and that was roughly 60-70Lbs of product and i know Rhino is much thicker and heavier so i wouldnt be surprised if he would be adding at least 100Lbs to the car which means much bigger gas bill, plus the ugly factor
