#181466 yea this shit sucks i tightened my fitv all the way snug and it seemed to help alot but it still surges from time to time. i was gonna try the pcv hose like everyone is saying but when i rebuilt the motor i filled that tube full of silicone gasket maker and ran a hose from the black crankcase breather box to a greddy catch can and from there out to under the car :D no more oily shit fumes in my motor :thumb: also filled the intake port with gasket maker and ran the v/c breather hose out under the car

sooo i did it and it started idleing fine!!

and then when you put the hose back it starts doing it again.

i think it goes to the PCV thing, right?
?

yea your pcv is stuck open walk into napa, autozone, or wherever ask for a new pcv its like 5 bucks and follow that vacuum line until you find the one that has gone out on ya, replace it then ya can time it! :woot:
