well guys, im back in the honda sceen
400 and abit miles traveled today to pick up my pretty much MINT condition 1991 1.6i VT honda civic
heres the specs on how she stands at the mo:
- 100% stock
- 150k on the clock
- full service history plus extended service history
- every old MOT
- 1 months tax
- 5 months MOT
- bright white
- 2 owners from new (first being a lady who owned it up to 146k
)
- alloys
- standard tape player B)
- very clean engine bay
- rear arches recently welded so all solid
- interior is mint condition
so yeh, im well chuffed with it.
plans for it are (long list
)
- rear bumper replaced (it has a small crack in it) aiming for a JDM bumper for the import sized recess but UK will do
- new rear lip because mine is missing
- new front lip (any one know if they have front lips standard, mine looks abit bare on the front)
- front passenger wing replaced because of small dent
- full service. inc: cv boots (theres a slight nocking when turning)
^^^ these 3 things are the only bad bits about the car, other than that i cant stress how mint it is B)
long term plans are:
- coilovers (need it slammed)
- 15" wheels, either rota track R's in white with polished lip or rota auto X's in black with red lip... un sure yet.
- exhaust system with cat by-pass (un sure on which one yet)
- either induction kit or keep the standard ait box with drop in filter, un sure yet.
- stripped out rear
- strut braces all round
- LCA's
- poly bushes
- after market steering wheel (i hate the stock one!!!!)
- short shifter
- spoon gear knob
- alloy foot pedals
- b18c swap inc. LCD gearbox B)
- alloy rad
- spoon samco hoses
- red recaros
- 282mm brake swap
- oem carbon fibre bonnet
think thats all i can think of at the mo, i know you all want me to shut up and post pics but you'll have to wait til tomorrow! its too dark for me to take them at the mo... pluss i wanna give her a good clean before i release her to the world
