#193145 I've noticed I have more energy and am not as sore after working out every day. I decided to try the whey protein and no creatine because whey helps the muscles rebuild and forms real muscle whereas the creatine adds water to the muscles which makes them look bigger but doesnt help with gaining strength as quickly.

#193153 i just use the whey protein after a work out just to repair the muscle, i want to bulk but not untill im totally toned and have the six pack then ill work on growing the muscle alot bigger

#193608 Once you decide to bulk... if you plan on making any real noticable gains... plan on losing the 6 pack during that bulk. Just remember you can work to get them back when you cut!
