#194290 Ive heard you need a certain degree to adjust the timing :?
I have a timing gun and it has a little knob, I'm not sure if I need to adjust it or just leave it at 0. Help me out

#194473 Do you mean the spark timing, or the cams/crank timing?

#194556 Jumper the diagnostic plug on the ECU, start the car and let it warm up until the rad fan has come on and then turned off. Make sure all electrical accessories are turned off. Idle should be within spec RPM. Hook up your timing gun and set the knob to zero. Shine it on the crank pulley, and turn the distributor until the pointers are lined up on the timing belt cover and pointing at the flashing red line on the crank pulley.
