You're gonna have fun getting that off...
You might try putting dry ice on it and seeing if it chips off. That's the easiest way, it if will work on that stuff.

I wonder why someone did that and what it is covering up...

- Mon May 24, 2010 3:12 am #196404 It's probably there to stop a leak due to a bad factory seal. I'd leave well enough alone if I were you.
