#207855 See latest issue of Honda Tuning. B20/VTEC turbo'd, pushing some stupid amount of power that I don't remember off the top of my head.

I'm guessing you know it's not as simple as slapping the head on the block and bam you're making power. Based on your post count, you have probably seen the numerous LS/VTEC threads on this site, and probably across the interzweb.

#208001 LS/VTEC can be a great thing, but it has it's many headaches. I've got a dream to build a 250whp NA LS/VTEC monster, but it's going to take a lot of time and money.

Your basic LS/VTEC (stock LS bottom end, stock GSR head, header, intake, exhaust, and maybe Skunk2 intake manifold) can net around 150-170whp.

That all depends on your compression ratio, fuel, and tuning maps, of course.

#208247 you can get 200+ whp from a good tune/built motor.

#209331 You will also find out if not built properly that a ls-v can be very unreliable especially if you get that itch to go turbo.

#209430 There just happens to be a thread on this very subject on this forum as well.
