I like it..it tells you how much you weigh..what your bmi is and then you workout on it everyday. I've been trying to do everyday for an hour. I just go through all the activities on it until I unlock new ones. I start out with yoga to kinda warm me up and get the muscles awake. Then do strength training and then end with aerobics, hula hoop, running, boxing and steps. It's fun. I did 20 minutes of steps last night and just texted on my phone while I was doing it and 20 minutes flew by. I like using it. It'll be something to use till I get my bike and can go ride and I told my bf when I get the bike I'm going to get the little stand thing for it so I can ride my bike inside when it's raining.
