i think it should be determined by your driving record also..

i can understand the stolen parts thing. but what's the harm in having a nice car, if you aren't causing trouble.. i dont think you should have your car seized for rims and c/f, if you have no tickets...

i think this is either a little overboard. or some details have been left out.

...all it takes is one bad apple. (anyone notice these are all honda's in the pic???)

they dont care about your driving record cops already stereotyped any fixed up japanese car as racers

The cars crushed had stolen parts, that's why they were crushed, not just because they were street racing. But if it was my car, I would be pissed if they crushed if for racing!
