#210901 ground cable? theres technically 3 did you connect all of them
i.e.-transmission v.c. and make sure that the ground wire off the harness is on the starter good....as well as in the fuse box under the hood the screws are tightened etc.....???

only other thing is to check the wireing harness / also get teh starter tested its simple enough to get it tested would save alot of headace so id do that first then look at your wiring so yea

cliffnotes (sorry i ramble)-

1st take the starter out and get it tested...

2nd if its not the starter check wires(harness, grounds, etc)

3rd if youve proven it not to be anything to do with the starter and you have power check to see if you have power going to the starter if not then you may have a relay or fuse thats bad

4th if none of that works something is seriously wrong because thats pretty much everything that could possibly cause the starter to not turn over....

#211000 got her running , now ive encounter a harness issue, i dont have a sensor connecter on the harness, and i believe its the tps sensor on top of the throttle body by the the throttle cable

that would be your map sensor,tps is behind the throttle body
