wats the bigggest shot of nos that is reccomended for a stock itr with no problem>?

Big thing is to not go over what your weakest link is, Which in the case of a stock ITR would be Rods. They are reliable until 300HP(crank, not wheel) Since Stock ITR Engines make 200HP(Crank) then 100shot is the most you would want to go.
It would be a good idea if your going to spray 100shot to put in ARP rod Bolts, This will keep the bottom end together better.
