My buddy just got t-boned his 2000 si with a JDM ITR swap. He's selling me the ENTIRE swap for 2 grand. All OEM Honda parts. (He works at Honda, so it's VERY legit)
Anyhow, I'm about a month from trying to swap into my new EX coupe (Purple FTW) What do I need to do wiring wise to run this motor? My buddy told me I'm not gonna be able to run the JDM p73 in the car. I'm preeeetty bummed out that I'm not gonna be able to get the car running without a lot of extra work. What are my options here? Spell it out for me. Haha. I have two spare P28's, I just gotta know what I have to do/buy. I heard I need to get it chipped with an ITR basemap.
I live in the middle of central texas, with no tuning places that I know of. Where can I get a basemap for my JDM ITR, how much am I looking at, and how long should I expect to be waiting? Anyone know where in Texas I can go to get this taken care of?
