so today i woke up around 3 went downstairs brushed my teeth then walked in the kitchen and was talking to my mom. then an ambulance and fire truck fly by my house. me and my mom were talking about how they have gone by everyday this week and it was very unusual for where i live. not thinking anything of it, i went upstairs and proceeded to sign on here. then i get a call from a strange number, i didn't have good reception but it was my little brother. all i heard him say is that he was in an accident. i flew downstairs picked up the house phone and called him back, i find out he was in a accident about 2 miles from my house so i tell my mom, she instantly freaks out, then run out to my car and go down there..heres some pics...
the story is that they took the corner at approximately 55mph (the speed limit) went off the road a little bit and hit the loose gravel, the driver over corrected and it sent the car sideways. im pretty good with physics so judging by the damage and the skid marks 55 seems about right. they hit the bank at about 45mph by my guess...luckily no one was hurt, but they are going to be real sore. they were both wearing their seat belts and they said that had they not been wearing them they would have been ejected or even dead
just more proof that seat belts save lives
