#220305 Your hatch is awesome man!!! Great job. You have inspired me to keep my single cam instead of doing a b swap. I was actually doing some math and for the price of a b16 swap I can buy 4 single cams from hmotorsonline! SAVE THE SOHC!!! :woot: :woot:

#220315 That whould be great but i don't think so because i have the smallest ports ever made in a D-Series engine and the z6 cam is made for power and mine is made for fueleconomy :D and that means no power in the upper rpm aera.

i hope i see some day a 120 number but that is just a wish. But what i can tell by now is that it pics up speed in every gear what it didn't before. So thats a plus :D

@speedracer1094

Yea keep the D-flag up high!

#220804 Made a new holder for my ITR airbox so it sits a little bit stiffer

1. we get a OEM ITR airbox holder

Image

2. we fabricate some extensions out of a 2mm thick steel

Image

this is where they go to

Image

3. now that we have the metal sheets and know where they go, we have to adjust the 90° piece and prep them for welding

Image

this is how it looks after welding and cleaning

Image
Image

4. we use the OEM holes 1 is from the EG box and the 2. is where the gear ground is conected to the chassis they fit perfect :thumb: to mark where the new holes have to be in the extension. After marking where the holes have to be i used a 8mm drill to give the 6mm skrew some air.

Image
Image

in my case i had to use a file to open up a pocket for the clutch line

Image
Image

5. re paint it

and this is how it looks in the car

here you can see why i had to file a pocket in the holder

and now with airbox
