First Honda and first car I ever worked on myself

- Sat Jan 01, 2011 9:24 pm #230869 I just picked up a 93 Civic Si about 2 months ago and Im slowly making it into what I believe is a decent car. Most things Ive done so far is security type of mods. I installed a viper alarm with remote can control it with the iphone. I installed all NRG quick release steering wheel, hub, and hub lock. JDM side moldings, type R lip, LS webs with Neo chrome lugnuts, locks coming in a couple days to match. I have a built H22A in my garage just need mounts, tranny, and the shifter (dont know what its called) but here you go just the beginning. I plan on doing carbon fiber lip f/r and side skirt, hood, and hatch

heres it is the night I picked it up, had no side moldings, hideous 16in wheels. Has full leather GSR interior though which i love

i wouldnt do this
you never know who is out
scooping out cars

they see what kinda quick release you have and
if they want your car they come wit one to match

and this is what i do, when i take my wheel off
i have a terry towl that i cover the quick release with so
theifs scooping my car(if they do) they dont what kinda set up i have

just a lil tip
but if u wanna show it go ahead

back on track
the hatchy is looking good!!
i cant wait to see that h22 in there :thumb:

i wouldnt do this
you never know who is out
scooping out cars

they see what kinda quick release you have and
if they want your car they come wit one to match

and this is what i do, when i take my wheel off
i have a terry towl that i cover the quick release with so
theifs scooping my car(if they do) they dont what kinda set up i have


good idea, i should put something over my hub when i have the wheel off. like what though?? first thing i thought was a shower cap lol i dont kno :?

I have the hub lock so it doesnt matter what steering wheel they bring they cant attach one to it

- Sun Jan 02, 2011 7:21 am #230950 thanks man I cant wait until the H22A is in there as well lol. I need a tranny, mounts, axels, and the shifter and then I can get it put in. I really dont know how to swap a motor myself and I want it done right

- Thu Feb 24, 2011 11:33 pm #240782 Just last saturday I was driving down I-5 decided to downshift and take off and blew the GARBAGE motor. So I traded a guy my car, a built motor, and my AK-47 and this is what you get lol My new toy. Tell me what you guys think
