people running of the freaking pool deck when they are in high school and above. 
as a lifeguard it is one of the most stressing thing for someone to run full speed, slip on the deck, cutting your head open, having me tend to you and call EMS all for not walking to the bathroom !!!!!!!!!
but just running on the pool deck in general also pisses me off, even when im not on duty i still yell at kids for it.

my pet peeve is the way people drive down here in va, no one ever looks twice. I dont know how many times ive had my blinker on and people just assume im turning when they pull right out in front of me, then wave like i gave them the ok.
SLOW DRIVERS when the speed limit says 70 and ur doing 55 GTF OFF the road. ITS SAFER and this is from my personal experience to be going faster on the highway then slower.
crome door strips, stick on vents, crome hubcaps, stick on flames, exhaust tips, self applied window tint with extra bubbles, and all the other gay ass shit these guys are doing STOP IT PLEASE im saying this cause i see at least 3 a day like this and its just embarrassing for me to see U driving a really fucked up looking honda with blown struts in the back sagging much lower than ur stock front, it is not cool!!!!!!
