#257303 i know i need a p28 from what everyone says. but how do i tell that it is for a automatic car. the guy i bought the first one from sold me a non v tec for a y7. i dont want to get fucked over i got to go up there and swap it and its like a hour and a half ride. :headscratch:

#257334 also i noticed when i hit about 80 that i can feel like a hard pulsing vibration in the steering wheel. any ideas?

#257336 look at the ecu number, if it is an auto ecu it will say p28-a5x .... (x=any number) if it is a 5 speed ecu it will say p28-a0x... as far as the vibration in steering wheel first check the balance on your tires.

but the vib can be from unbalanced tires, bubbled or abnormally worn tires, loose lug nuts, wrapped rotors, to name some of the most common

#257381 warped rotors you would feel when braking mostly. a seperated belt in the tire would be felt at low speeds as well. highway speed vibration is usually balance or bent wheels.
