Check the firing order too.

- Thu Aug 18, 2011 5:13 am #267949 Cranks over doesn't sputter. It did do a small puff thru intake manifold and abit smoke came out but after that it didn't do a thing else but crank crank crank crank..... But no start.

- Thu Aug 18, 2011 5:59 pm #268003 What year is your D15b bottom end? Does it have the sensors for the Knock sensor and Crank Fluctuation Sensor? What engine harness did you use?

Well we gOt spark ground and fuel and timing is correct and it didn't start.

If you are sure have all of the above, then the last thing you could be missing is compression. I'd do a compression test to be sure, valves could be bent.
Also check all of the connections on your harness, hopefully it is just something that is not plugged in causing it to not start/
