for the jdm d15b, you want to use rings for an obd2 d-series, like d16y5/7/8.
obd1 rings are 1.2mm thick and obd2 rings are 1mm thick.

NO, only the rod bearings. main and thrust bearings from usdm d15b2/7/8 etc.
