i was brousing through ebay and this pic came up and is it the guy from netherlands with the electric orange hatch??? just wondering because it looks like the carpark where he had a photoshoot with another member.

miss_honda is the one who has legal rights to the photo and they did infringe the copyright.

she has a signature and the image is on flickr so it had two barriers.
i would scare the seller and get some free goodies as a payment :P
