Does this happen all the time or just randomly?
As stated above have you replaced anything lately?
Possiblilities:
Fuel filter/ bad gas
O2 sensor is starting to go out... Will not throw a code if it has not gone completely out of spec yet
clogged cat
fowled out spark plugs.
Or possible vacuum leak
My Dx is doing the same thing but it kind of bucks and uses quite a bit more fuel lately then normal so my guess is the O2 is going out.
OBD1 can be tricky as the computer reads things in voltage from sensors and has an set amount of what it could be so for example normal sensor reading is 1v-5v lets just say, that is when in that senors range, now its optimal reading is 2v-3v but if it goes above or below the other then it will throw a code, all sensor are like this just different readings and voltage. This is why obd2 a b is so touchy because the limits are very tight.
