The google ads will bring in a few cents when clicked on, rarely never more than $1 at the most. So nobody is getting rich from that site. The google links on this site don't even bring in enough to pay for hosting most months.

So relax, it is not a scam to make someone rich, The site is cleaver & honest interactive approach to draw a new (educated) audience in to teach them about the FWP, who otherwise would have probably never went to http://www.wfp.org

And they have done a good job because it is working, just as the vocab link was entertaining and now everyone who viewed this thread knows about the FWP. So by you bitching about conspiracy theorys and banner ads, you just helped them grow

The fact that they look completely different from the design of the site is a dead give away. Then there's the google ads that say "Google" right on them. Then there's the standard banner size that is not the size that any website uses for navigation buttons....

I think this site is great, and like hondajunkee said; "i just won someone 500 grains of rice and you know what it cost me? 5 minuets of my time" ...its win win, starving kids get rice you get a free challenge , if there is no rice being given out then its still win for you, you get a free safe game!

damn stright! playing the word game is kinda catchy, ive had tons of fun playing it and hopefully people really didi get food for it. but if not it was fun!
