over the last year and a half I have bought all new panels for my car, knowing that one day it would get a full makeover/restoration whatever you want to call it.

Alot has happened in my life (but thats boring) so we skip to where I am at with this build.

All new doors; hood (bonnet), fenders from Honda. In the pic above it was primered already and fitted to see if all fits well.

I also bought the follwoign parts:

All OEM civic ferio emblems and caution stickers.
Brand OEM new tail lights.
new OEM trunk/boot hinges & shocks
New OEM door handles, one was cracked and thought if one is messed up then surely the others will get damaged due to fatigue
New OEM stanley flat repeaters/indicators
New OEM front glass with beadings
All clips that broke with removal have been replaced.

Once the car is done I will then strip the suspension again and rebuild it along with the brakes.

I thought there would be lots of rust once stripped but to my surprise only the rear around the lights had the worst rust. For living close to the sea I am pretty happy with that.

I expect the car to be done in the next three to four months, thats body wise. The shop thats doing my car, the guy is very finnicky and every imperfection gets sorted out. i am not complaining but I do miss my car.

Next update should be with colour (color for the USA people :D ) on, I will be assembling my car with the help of the guy who is doing the spraying etc. Couldnt ask for more.

Thanks for looking and reading, i know it sucks as i wish i had more pics. Honestly i dont like looking at my car in this state so i try and not go to the shop often :)

new oem rear eg9 windscreen have been ordered and should be here soon

car has been fully cured of rust. new front cowel under w/screen.

But so many other things have happened and this is kind of just a by the way project now :thumbdown:

I will go around either tonight to check on my EG or over the weekend, maybe monday i will have an update. It will be a full 6 months tomorrow since the last time she was driven :cry:
