I want a 350-400whp gsr as a DD, but dont know what parts to get. Budget is $5,000
Before beginning make sure you have a healthy motor. You need to check everything from the timing belt to the valve cover gasket. I would recommend a compression test and leakdown test while you're at it. Advanced rents out both tools so you can do these test. I'd also avoid boosting a motor with extremely high miles without rebuilding it. That being said I'll make this really easy. Click the links and order the parts. Once you have all the parts install them and tow your car to a local tuner to have the car dyno tuned. I did not send a link for axles because its optional for a daily to upgrade them, <This is my opinion on a budget build like this (personally I would upgrade them) the cheap option is to use advanced axles and exchange them under warranty whenever you break them. If you are going to be launching the car at the drag strip or leaving lights I would recomend spending some extra money there other than that this should cover everything. Sorry if its slightly over $5k I didn't add it up or account for tuning cost. This is what it takes though for a reliable setup.

Wideband and boost gauge (These aren't the best gauges but they look good and do the job. If you have a little bit extra to spend the Innovative gauges are the way to go their LC-1 wideband is the sh*t)

Now there will be some little stuff you'll find along the way this is the majority of what will be needed.
AGAIN I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH... GET THE CAR TUNED PROFESSIONALLY ON A DYNO BEFORE DRIVING IT. Avoiding detonation with a good tune is what will make or break your setup. Hope this helps.
