#35207 D16z6 head on D15b7 block = engine timing off by 1/2 a tooth. Get a cam pulley from a D16y7 or D16y8 to fix this problem. also it sounds like you may have the wrong timing belt. When you swap the D16y7/8 cam gear, try the timing belt that is for the same head as the one you get your cam gear from.

I'm assuming that you've already tried using the timing belt tensioner and it can't get any tighter?

#35232 yep, what he said. z6 timing belt, and you should try using a cam gear from a d16y7 or d16y8 head, or buy an adjustable cam gear to make up for the 1/2 of timing difference you get when using a z6 head on a d15b7 block

#35242 you need the Z6 (if you head is Z6) timing belt of Y8 (if your head is Y8) HOnda tuning did a write up on this and they said you can use the VX belt i think its like 106 teeth belt compared to the 108 Z6 belt so its going to be a little more tighter

#35492 Use a y8 cam gear or a adj cam gear

Then get z6 timing belt 104 teeth or something?
