- Sun Dec 30, 2007 12:28 am #35614 Hey I didn't start getting all technical all I did was try to answer his question because he was "bored" of his LS meaning he was anxious to do something, All I tried to say is if you want the fastes and best results just slap the turbo on there as is. :x

slapping a turbo is NOT the best results. but it is the fastest. :P



i was bored of my d series. It took me 4 months of anticipating and saving to get what i wanted and it was well worth it. :)

Like thats the best results hil get in the fasest amount of time, Rather then getting VTEC head etc...

*edit* Ofcourse over all buying a bigger/better turbo kit will result in as the best.. (which would take more time UNLESS your a baller and can throw down 3-4k on a Greddy kit..)

greddy kits are under 2g and is probably the cheaper "legal" way. even then..they might not pass smog.

emissions testing is a smog test.


Here in california, we run a 15mph and 25mph dyno test to test the emissions from the tailpipe. The evap system is also tested now recently.

But i never hear story's about turbo B/D that didn't passed those test :D
