it most certainly does. Had that happen to my mustang a few years back when it was street legal.

im sorry but I hate dem nutstains! i have 3 friends who are die hard stang lovers and have sooo many problems with them. im like "why do you swear by em when they just keep fucking up on you!" honestly from what ive seen they just dont respond well to mods...
