HELP D15B8 swap D15A6 head ? HEAD SWAP 8 to 16 valves swap ?

i know it oonly has 8 valves i wanted to know if i can put on a D16A6 head {PM3} will it be just a straight swap ?? will it open up some hp's ???

let me know ?

- Sun Feb 24, 2008 6:47 am #43618 As Far as I know, All SOHC D-Block Heads will bolt onto all D-Blocks.

The D16a6 head will bolt onto your D15b8 block. It should be a Straight Swap. Just unbolt the old Head, Bolt the new one down, And you will be ready to go.

If you want even more Power, A Vtec Head will also bolt on with slight adoptions, then you would also Gain Vtec.

You will have better Performance With a 16 Valve Head over an 8 Valve Head.
