#54511 hello i just picked up a lihtweight flywheel for 30$ from a guy that had it in a blown motor , my question is how do i check it if it has any damage or broken ?? or if it has been worn on.

#54513 look at the surface, it should be smooth with no cracks or roughness. if there is, then get it resurfaced. Also if it is glazed over it will need resurfaced.

#54694 some like Fidanza have a replacable friction surface. you bolt on a new friction surface. others are like brake rotors, you get then resurfaced until they are too thin. Try NAPA or any machine shop or engine builder.
