#72712 if i dont get a b-series motor im gonna shoot for the turbo d :thumb: ....i was looking on hmotorsonline.com the other day and the claim they have a b16a full swap...it comes with motor, tranny, ecu, axles with half shafts, shift linkage, alternator, starter, clutch, flywheel, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, fuel rail, injectors.distributor, engine harness, and all sensors needed....is that all i will need if i get that motor, cuz if i do its gonna BREAK THE BANK!!! for me, or is their something underlying that i will have to have other than this stuff??

#72714 that is technically all you need to drop it in and have it running. but you dont know the condition of any of the parts, and would be good if you replaced, the oil pump, water pump and timing belt.

#76625 Either way you decide, check out this website. This guy is one of the best on the east coast, builds purpose-built engines and doesn't try to sell you a bunch of sh*t that you don't need.

Good luck either way!!

#76681 I vote for a turbo D!! I've had both D's and B's. Ive done my whole build for less that a b16 swap! Have more power and still reliable!

#76685 i can vouch for hmotors. i bought b16 full swap from the awhile back and put it in my del sol......didn't replace anything off the crate. ran good and strong up until i flipped it 3 months later
