He sent the lights & they got returned to him by DHL because they could no deliver to your address. Strike 1 = DHL. You filed a claim with paypal when you didn't get your lights and they took the money from his account but didn't give it to you? Strike 2 = Paypal. I'm going to unban him and you guys should discuss what's going on ... it sounds like paypal is screwing you both if I am hearing everything correctly... :eh:

The -$70 transaction included in that email looks like it's the transaction from YOUR account when you paid for the item, not them taking the funds back, because it says "Your transaction ID" underneath it.

They need a Tracking # which Amer never gave me.
I sent him two PMs which he replied back too say'n he would give me the Tracking # but still nothing? Kinda Fishy.

Ive been try'n to get that Tracking # for over a Month now.
So why hasn't he post'd anything?
