Post YOUR Hatchback here
By Rick_EG6
#80666 Hey guys, I decided to try out a Honda Civic as I've always had a soft spot for them, especially the EG type. I went for the SiR respectively as it already comes with a decent engine and suspension configuration. I bought it in Japan about 2 months ago and now its finally arrived, I've been driving it about a week and I'm more than satisfied with it. I've done a few light tuning mods already and taken some decent shots for you guys to check out. I'm also running a blog of the progress in more detail if you care to check it out the link is; http://project-eg6.blogspot.com/

Apologies for the amount of pictures, it was a really nice winters day though so I couldn't resist. Also check out the USDM style orange side lights, not sure if thats illegal over in the UK but they look pretty kool.

Thanks for looking. :)

#80672 Wahey.
Black eg6 siR and from the UK...join the club!

looks tidy mate! what headlights are those? also i definitely recommend ditching those fog lights.

The lights are legal so dont worry. just make sure you have a rear foglight for the MOT.

any plans for her?

#80678 Why did you change the intake? The old one looked much better, and most likely performed better.

Thanks dude, not sure on the make of the headlights but the owner has sure done a crazy wiring job on them. The fog lights don't even work as yet, they did for a second, they're actually remote controlled which is quite funny.

Not got any major plans as of yet, just running it like this for a while then saving up for some more chassis parts and heading out to the circuit next year. :)

The old intake was seriously old, the air filter had seen better days. So far since installing the current intake kit the car seems faster but I'll get it on the rolling road very soon to conclude.
