- Wed Dec 17, 2008 3:31 pm #84192 I've seen them before, also I've bought Japanese plates before and they have marks from it, but I've noticed that JDM cars have one large bolt. What's up with that, also I stumbled across this today, what the heck is it?

I've seen them on a few JDM cars.

and you can see the mark where it was on some of the plates...



I know this is a random post, but it's bugging me cause I wanna know what it is lol. It seems that all Jap cars have them.

I didn't say they where cool, I was just asking what they where for, like EVERY vehicle in Japan has a washer on the left side, IDK why, even family cars have them. Was just wondering what and why.
