Not true - im still running the original prop valve for rear drums and now have 282mm twinpots at the front and rear discs - fronts will lock if you really try but the rears have NEVER locked. The rear calipers are so weak there's no chance they'll lock the wheels.

I also run the original valve and have yet to see problems in my braking.

#95203 hmmmmm, well the only reason im saying is cause i seen it on another forum and plus mines are wrap pretty bad! lol or maybe it just might be time for a break change.so then should i swap my front brakes to gsr 1"s? or leave'em stock?

#95279 hmmm maybe i dont understand your term. Define "wrap" like lock up and lose traction?

#95289 I have never heard of the prop valve having an effect on the warping of rotors. And yes, you should have them replaced or machined.

Someone else chime in on the fact of Gsr 1" I dont know what he means

#95524 If you have the original front brakes, then you don't need to swap the proportioning valve.

There is no possible way a prop valve can cause your rotors to warp. That's caused by either using cheap rotors, or by overheating the brakes ie coming to a long hard stop off the freeway and then waiting at a red light for a long period of time.

There is nothing to gain by upsizing the master cylinder to a 1" Integra master cylinder. It's a PITA anyway and can't be done cleanly because you have to bend your factory brake lines.

#95549 so then swapping my stock front brakes to gsr front brakes would'nt make any difference?
