#130944 cigs... but on a side note I was a pot head for a few years like wake and bake.. then a few more smokes during the day.. then the evening smoke sesh.. that was everyday! Quit cold turkey..one day just decided i didnt want to do it anymore.. sometimes i miss it but wont do it.

ya im a pot head. but i hold a full time job and pay my bills and got most my shit strait so thats my poison of choice.i only smoke during the weekend and evenings. i dont do it at work. thats not like a cig. i can go for while without pot. its the shit in cigs that got me hooked.

since I donated blood yesterday, they tell you not to do any extensive exercises and I really wanted to go running. But since I didnt want to pass out somewhere down the road from my house I decided to just lift....
I decided to go big :P not really impressive AT ALL but for my weakling ass it was kewlio

100lb bench press
1 set-8 reps
2 set- 5 reps
3 set- 5 reps

75lb bench press
1 set- 15
2 set- 15
3 set- 10

curled 50lbs
1 set- 15
2 set- 15
3 set- 10
4 set- 10

then called it a day.


Not bad, I can feel the improvement.. running is happening TODAY!

#131163 nice. lol ya that bout what i can bench. im no muscle man thats for sure. i have a question. last night i killed a 6pack of some coors light and had a pretty good buzz. i ate some food and passed out at about 1130pm. i woke up at 700am and felt great. better that i have all week. is this cause the beer?

It may have... possibly got your mind off stress in your life even if your not like directly stressed.. could be subconcious stress, it may have put your mind at ease allowing you to sleep better which would give you body a good rest.. idk though Im no doctor........or am I..?? :P

#131170 lol. ya no hang over, or the morning bla feel. i was super energized like i had slept for like 10 hrs. well they say 1 beer a day or a glass of red whine is good for ya. help clean ya out a lil, ease stress and sleep. but i have been uber stressed latly. money, getting my swap done, random shit.
