Ok, so I bought my Sedan with a d15b7 and it had bent valves, so I took it to my mechanic and he replaced the head, the head gasket, the valve cover gaskets, the O rings and almos all the gaskets that came with my head gasket kit. After he gave it to me it lasted for two days and it lost the compression, it was kind of knocking at first and then it was barely running, the engine was running but you could barely hear it. Is like it was almost off.
So I took it back to the mechanic who said he took everything appart again and put it back together to check if he had done something wrong but he said he hadn't and he also told me the car had an electromechanic problem. He said he cleaned all the plugs and connections and now I have been driving it with respect for about a month and a half.
But, since he gave it back to me it has been smoking a little white when I start it and after It warms up it still smokes but very little. The only time when you could see a lot of smoke coming out of the muffler is when i rev up to more than 3000rpm.
Also, when I first start the car I have to let it warm up because it goes up to like 2000rpm and starts to go down as it gets warmer, but if I move the car before it gets to around 800 then the revs go up and down from 1000 to 2000.
Please let me know if you Know why it does that, what is the problem?
And also why is it smoking if I changed the head gasket and all the gaskets around the head
By the way I am new to the forum and I will post pictures of my Eg which I am trying to make look nice instead of fast. Although later a swap would be great too
