the only thing hard is making it legal since the vin number is on the dash, and your not allowed to just swap them over

i totaled my hatch last year and the dash broke in like six places but everything still lines up.. i had another dash i was goin to put in it last year but sold it for profit... hehe
what do i have to do to do it "LEGALY" hoe much of a big deal is it..

its like 8 bolts. 2 on each side when you open the door under that little cover. the middle vent near the windshield there is a bolt under that. take the shroud under the steering wheel off and there is one or 2 there. and one under the glovebox i think thats it. not 100%

drop the steering column for some extra room, otherwise it is a tight fit over the steering wheel. You only have to loosen 2 bolts under the dash to swing the column down.

This is what I used. You can just use a screw driver to punch out the two fasteners for the vin tag. I swapped the tags and it looks perfect.

My dash rattle a lot from the pot holes on the streets and for the everyday use. I took it out and put black selicone around the edges and now it doesn't sound like before.Try using this, is what I use to remove mine:

you have to drill out the revit from the vin and then use a chisel to hit it out. i think they sell black revit at car paint store (ppg).dont get the chrome looking one cop will know. good luck
