so over the past 2 years i have done fucked up!!!!!
im up to 230 from 180 and i am not liking it!! i had a horrible diet of drinking only juice for weeks worked amazing but didnt do my body no good im looking to getting back into strength training and loosing weight shooting for 180 again so got a long way to go need tips on great foods that keep you full and low on fat !
